The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is very close to Centerville Beach and Hyannis, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was generally clean, and there was even a small cooking unit available, which could be a useful perk for longer stays.
The noise from the air conditioning unit in the room was quite bothersome, although it did quiet down eventually.

It is very friendly and feels safe for a single woman. I also LOVE how close it is to the beach.
I did not like not having anyone in the office through the night, especially after hours. My sister tried the number that was given to me trying to reach me and no one answered the number, even though the extension had been changed to 169. I also called the wake-up system and it did not work. I think it is mandatory that someone be on the premises when you have people staying there in case family members need to contact their family member. There was no cell phone reception in the room. I think this is a critical issue. I have stayed here twice before, but now my sister has recently lost her husband and her 39 year old daughter that lives with her is ofter suicidal, so I need to be reachable, but anyone with family health issues should be reachable. Even if the rooms each had numbers, rather than have a person on the premises, but something needs to be changed. This, as I said, is a critical issue that needs to change.

We did have an issue with our room but it was promptly resolved and we had a new room within minutes.

The location of this hotel was great as it was very close to Centerville Beach and Hyannis. It was convenient for us to visit these places during our weekend stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and quick. the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly was a big plus for us, as we were able to bring our furry friend along with us.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. the a/c unit in our room was incredibly noisy, although it did quiet down after a few hours.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was really close to the beach and a short distance from the city center. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was generally clean and had a small cooking unit, which could be handy for longer stays. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly, as I was able to bring my furry friend along. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Nothing to dislike.

Location is excellent - exactly where I needed to be. Internet was good. Parking was easy. The sheets were fresh.
The lower units are so musty that I could not stay in them. I had booked an efficiency, as I wished to have access to basic kitchen facilities. But it's built on a concrete slab, is many decades old, and is simply too musty-smelling for me. I opted for a room upstairs, which smelled better but which lacked kitchenette facilities. The truth is the place will probably get torn down before long... But when that happens, whatever replaces it will be 2 to 3 times more costly. So it's a compromise. If I had to do it again I probably would, based solely on the location - nearby a dear old friend of the family who is no longer mobile.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, as it was situated close to the beach and in the heart of the city's activity. The staff was also accommodating and efficient, making checking in and out a breeze. We appreciated having a small kitchen in the room, which could be useful for anyone staying for a few days.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. For example, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy and took a while to quiet down.

Was dissapointed with the breakfast room and the selection of food.

Not bad for the price - we really only wanted a place to sleep for the night. Great location, very close to Centerville Beach & Hyannis. Staff was friendly & efficient. Check-in & out was smooth & quick. There was a small cooking unit in the room which was a nice benefit. We didn't use it - but it could come in handy if someone was staying for a few days. They are pet friendly - which is a plus. Room was generally clean.
Very noisy a/c unit in room - it did quiet down after a few hours. They have a 11:00 quiet time listed on their rules, but apparently don't enforce it - as there was a group of very young people out @ 2:00 AM - and they were fairly loud. Only had 2 large towels in room - 3 or 4 would have been nice.

This is a typical non-chain motel you may find on the Cape. The rooms were clean but not luxurious. The motel was very pet friendly (even has a small dog run in the rear of the property) which was a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had no problem getting anything we needed. Continental breakfast is very basic. Location is great - across from four seas and deli. General store a block away. Beach in walking distance.
Beds and pillows need to be replaced.
